There may be a need to boost light power output of the illume Skylight System in low light conditions or perhaps if the illume light panel is the preferred light source in the room.

Fitting a Mains Power Backup Kit solves this problem with the installation of an AC Panel Driver and Power Module between the Control Module and Light Panel.

To switch to mains power simply connect to a standard 240v AC power outlet. The system will automatically switch over from solar to mains.
