CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

PlasteringSupplies understands that you will not always be able to test and handle our products prior to purchase and that’s why we are proud to offer a 14-day Change of Mind Policy for many of our items (excludes special order items).


It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the item listing carefully at the time of purchase to see if the product you have ordered is eligible for a Change of Mind return.

If you would like to return an item purchased from PlasteringSupplies that is eligible to be returned under our 14-day Change of Mind Policy, please contact our Customer service team via email ([email protected]) and they will gladly assist you.

Change of Mind Policy:

1)     If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from PlasteringSupplies, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then receive a refund for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges – please contact us for an exact initial delivery charge if your order qualified for free shipping initially).  

2)     Products must be returned in their brand new, original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

3)     You must notify us via email ([email protected]) within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a change of mind return.

4)     The product must be returned to us within 30 days of your dispatch date

5)     You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at our warehouse. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

SIZE EXCHANGE

If a product doesn’t fit and needs to be exchanged, please contact our customer service team via email ([email protected]).

Please make your email subject: “SIZE EXCHANGE REQUEST: Order Number ____”

To be eligible for a size exchange, you must make the request within 14 days of receiving the goods and you must return the product within 30 days of the order confirmation date.

To make the exchange process as seamless as possible, please have pictures of the goods ready to be assessed. Images must be attached to your email requesting a size exchange.

Do not return the product until the customer service team has provided you with the relevant return details.

1)     Products must be returned in their brand new, original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

 

2)     When returning a product for a size exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, and you must comply with the directions provided by the customer service team.

 

3)     The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the address supplied by our customer service team. House&TradeSupplies does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur in transit.

 

4)     Once the goods have been received and confirmed as being in as-new condition, you will be contacted to pay return postage and have your size exchange fulfilled.
